The ‘aloha spirit’ is the coordination of mind and heart within each person. It brings each person to the self. Each person must think and emote good feelings to others.I believe in magic, karma, and fairy tales. I’m a hopeless romantic who loves poetry and music. I am a sucker for Gerber Daisies, chocolate, and Starbucks. I’m blunt, truthful, straightforward, and honest. I love the world I create every morning when I wake up. I have an obvious obsession with cats and anything pink. I am a St. Louis native currently splitting my time between there and the Washington DC - Maryland - Virginia (DMV) area. I am a forever traveler, so if you can’t find me at home then you’ll most likely find me on a beach somewhere! My greatest love is my husband, and my greatest adventure is my kid.

What ‘Aloha’ means (and yes! it’s my real first name!!):
alo = presence + hâ = breath
affection, love, peace, compassion & mercy
It is more than just a word of greeting or farewell or salutation. It means mutual regard and affection and extends warmth in caring with no obligation in return. It is the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence. It means to hear what is not said, to see what cannot be seen, and to know the unknowable.
I’ve always had a passion for all things girly hair and makeup. I have one little fur baby named Copper. He is a little Pomeranian but you might confuse him for a little fox! I am a Taco Bell fan girl who loves cactuses and enjoys spending time on any body of water. Fishing and swimming with my fiancé is my favorite way to pass the time. I am so excited to finally get to call my HUSBAND on a beach in Maui this June! I think my absolute favorite thing to do though, is tequila shots with Irene. They are my favorite. I am always down and never complain about it.
I will be the first one you see when you arrive for your session, all ready to glam you up! I have been a licensed esthetician for 4 years now, so I am sure to take extra care of your skin while you’re in my chair. I want you to feel like the amazing goddess you are and will work together to give you the perfect look for your session. As the MOM of the team, I am here to supervise and make sure everyone has a good time - that includes making sure I offer Tequila shots to anyone who will accept them.I am a real mom to four wonderful boys, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and some fish (I guess), I love to sparkle any chance I get! Find a sparkly dress, jacket or boots? Please just send me the link because….YOLO. I love being in the water and exploring amazing new cities. I might be a couch potato at home, but I am up for a good adventure or even just a fun night out. Also, I am always down for tattoos.
As a luxury photographer myself, I felt the need to become a client first many years ago with Aloha and her team. After a few sessions, I knew I had found my forever ‘photographer’ home and now share the studio here in St. Louis. I will be joining her expansion into the DMV too and cannot wait to meet new, amazing clients in the DC area!. I specialize in capturing all Moms in any capacity, especially during pregnancy and with their new little babies. I work with families a lot throughout the year and sometimes I include the dads too ;)! I have partnered with Aloha to expand our vision into creating FOUR LOVE and pursuing our passion to capture and empower women in all ages and stages of their lives. Hi I'm Irene
Leaving a trail of glitter (corgi fur and coarse black hair) in my wake, I am a real life goddess with the divinity to help you love yourself and see how beautiful you are. Modelesque in pictures, an awkward klutz in person. I am the ultimate catfish. My dream is to one day come home to a whole swarm of corgis. I currently have three furbabies (2 corgis & 1 blind Australian cattle sheep). The boys stay with my significant other in San Francisco, my part-time home.
You might hear me say “I can Asian that” or “Don’t tell Aloha”. The don’t tell part is usually because I’m climbing anything I can to get that best shot If you haven’t noticed I am Asian. I’m Taiwanese actually. But asianing is my way of saying I can MacGyver anything.
I started as a client, and when I was given the opportunity to help empower women, I cried. I didn’t think I would make it to this chapter in life. Much less have a purpose. I’ve always loved others before myself. That’s what drove me. It took me so long to believe what others have been trying to tell me for years. Words have power. Hi I'm Kristina
I am a fur and feather mama with more babies at home than I can count sometimes, but I would love to talk to you about all of them! In addition to the ones in their forever homes, my fiance and I regularly open our homes and hearts to foster. I also love to go hiking and travel! Exploring nature both at home and across the country is my happy place.
As a client well before taking on my position as Office Manager, I can assure you that you won't regret booking your session. I have had enough sessions to know! I am excited to work alongside the talented and creative Love Exposed team led by Aloha. I love connecting with all the amazing women that come in for a session and being there to see how transforming time here can be for each woman that walks through the door.

I was so nervous to do a session, but from the second I walked into the gorgeous studio I felt so welcomed and comfortable! With their coaching and encouragement I felt like an old pro in about 2 seconds and any insecurities I had about taking professional photos... Not to mention... In underwear... were blown away!!!
